Jaap van Zuijlen photographed a painting which shows Maria, baby Jezus and a lam. In the 1930's painting was done a lot by Danes, Europeans and West Greenlandic people. Tasiilaq 19 april 1934.
Wooden chest with ivory carving (15 march 1934)
A little wooden chest, decorated with ivory carving. The chest was made by the East Greenlandic. On the chest a polar bear hunt is depicted and a otherwise non identifiable image can be seen.

Busy at work.
Noortje Nooter is holding a Greenland baby. Everyone is busy stretching a sealskin whivh is to be dried, so the baby has to be held. There is always the dagers of the dogs who like babies too (1977).
Sharing a meal.
Eating seaweed. On the right Lars Jonathansen's is holding seal paws, the are very fatty. These are the children of Cornelia Kajagmat. Cornelia is using Noortje Nooter's womens knife. The seaweed is collected at very low tide, just like the mussels. Sometimes a hunter brings home seaweed on the front of his kayak (1979).
